So I'm trying this bone spells + skeleton summons build
but I can't really summon more skeletons and switch back to my bone spells on the fly, I the controls it has a selections o skills assigned to the Function keys, but when I press them, nothing happens
am I going to just have to deal with the left and right mouse click spells or are there (keyboard)buttons I can assign summon skeleton/magi to?

Sat, 07/26/2008 - 11:28amThe way it works is you can assign a hotkey to change your skillset for click/right-click.
After you've set the controls, mouse over and click the skills you currently have on the lower left/right, and then press the button you want to assign it to while hovering over the skill you want.
I use mouse up and mouse down, cause that way's really fast, but it can be anything you set in the controls.

You can assign your spells to the F1 - 12 keys by clicking on your skill box on the left or right of your screen. I like to keep the spell that use mana on right mouse click.
Hover your mouse over the spell you want to set and press the F key you want it assigned to. Also make sure the F lock or num lock or what ever it is.. is on or off. For some reason with my keyboard it has to be turned on / off *Shrug*
Anyway have fun.
Also make sure you invest plenty in bone spells as your summoned mobs get owned very quickly when dealing with bosses. zzz

Sun, 07/27/2008 - 10:01amYeah...I did a full summon necro once...had to get to 42 or something before finally killing Diablo...a golden lettered bow w/ magic arrows helped alot...but i had to really buff up summon resist, and my summons hit points, Baal was easy w/ that char though
