I've been working from home the entire day. I'm working on building my company a new ordering database in which people can retrieve all serial numbers, tracking info, and warranty information from one source. May sound small, but it's a pretty big project.
I pre ordered my copy, so I am gonna be up there at midnight picking mine up =x I got mine at Gamestop, so yes, they are having a little 10-12 thing. =D
Janet and I both pre-ordered the CE from Amazon with release day delivery. I don't expect anything to be playable for the first 24 hours anyhow so I'm not worried about installing and getting online at 12:01.
I remember BC-launch (or maybe a day or two later?) where the mobs had ridiculous spawn times (a shock to me compared to what they were like on Azeroth) and right when you killed one another spawned on top of the corpse! (although there were also several others waiting for it to respawn as well)

Haha, I bought mine, brought it home, stuck it in the drive and instead of it running it just opened the actual disk and there is no install.exe -.-. Apparently, I'm not the only one having this problem, so I'm downloading the damn thing off the blizz site. ><
Not being able to play for the first 3 hours of having the game was expected, but having a disk that may or may not be faulty or rickroll'd is just lame.
Mine showed up 30 minutes before my repaired laptop and thus is all installed and ready to go. No autorun but the installer was on there and worked fine.

Oh yeah! Speaking of getting up and GTFO-ing...I found my pants a few weeks ago! (apparently the bottom drawer that I thought was perma-locked actually wasn't...and that was where I put them...so no shorts in the snow)
