Apparently this college she got her degree at is notorious in the NY subway for having adds that basically promise you a job after you get your "degree" from them. Most normal people would not sue their institution of higher learning, but these sort of empty trade schools that make these promises are also misleading a lot of desperate and vulnerable people. Don't make specious claims and you won't get sued. Not that I think the woman deserves very much, the consumer has to be wary of false advertising as well, and she should be more realistic about her 2.7 GPA from a degree mill.
